Lake Natoma Engagement Shoot

A crazy day of shooting with Chris and Stephanie this past Sunday started with poor Chris getting the biggest splinter I have ever seen in his right thumb trying to throw a twig for his two dogs to exercise them. We were going to shoot some pictures at the park before moving over to Lake Natoma. It took a lot of blood and forty five minutes to get all three huge pieces of the branch out of Chris’s thumb. He was such a good sport about it. We got some dog shots and we had some fun at the park doing some couple’s shots as well.

We next headed to Lake Natoma near Sudwerks brewy.  We parked in the lot just below the restaurant and walked over to the lake to take a few more pictures. When we finished I  suggested a couple more venues to finish off the shoot just to make sure we had enough variety of backgrounds. We got back to our  cars in the empty lot and poor Chris-his truck passenger window was bashed in and pieces of glass were everywhere in the truck and parking lot. They stole Stephanie’s purse and all her credit cards and money and her sheriff’s id badge. Poor suckers they didn’t even know what they were getting into. They will be sorry and caught by Sacramentos very best. Anyway here are the pictures and I can tell you none of the proceddings affected these two love birds. Enjoy!!!
