Japanese Tea Garden Engagement Session

Ok so Lance and Lisa are getting married next June in Santa Clara at this cute little historic house. They themselves are a cute couple as well. We arranged to meet up at the Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco for their engagement session. I have done one other session there and I found it to be very tricky with how the light falls on the foliage and temples within the walls of the garden. We went inside and walked through the whole garden in order to find our light. Some of the pictures are not necessarily in the best light but reflect the scenery more than my super nice couple.

Lance is gong to be someone I’m going to get to know better. He works as a pastry chef and he’s one smart cookie as well. With an electrical engineering degree he discovered he really didn’t like the field of work which he was most qualified for. From his younger days he always liked cooking-so years later here he is,  my new best friend. I’m going to visit his establishment and check out our new relationship.:)  Now Lisa is the good looking one of the two. I told Lance that several times and finally he agreed. I told him to just chill and let Lisa shine. Lance is a smart guy-I think I mentioned that already. So now you get to see our day at the San Francisco Japanese Tea Garden and adjoining area. Enjoy!!!

Roseville Photographer - One of my favorite places in San Francisco. I love that arched bridge (and the tea served is pretty good). Good job with the mirror image of the couple. I presume it is the wall of the De Young Museum. Wedding shoots really come out well in a natural environment. Thanks for the inspiration.
