The best of the best math teachers in Southern California got together to hear one another share ideas on how to most effectively teach mathematics to their students. Pearson Publishing hosted the event at the Hyatt in Garden Grove near Disneyland last week. What a pleasure it is to hang around professionals who have such a passion for one of the most unlikeable subjects I had in school. It doesn’t dimish the enthusiasm and knowledge these professionals had for the subject of mathematics teaching.
