Had a chance to take some pictures while I was going to Mammoth for a fishing weekend. Bodie is quite an interesting ghost town. It had the highest elevation school house in the United States and at one time was one of California’s biggest towns. It sits above 8000 feet in elevation so the the nights were always cold. It measured many times as the lowest temperature in California even in the summer. Rich history and colors of the old west. Enjoy!!
